I've been asked what I'm going to do next in 2 weeks after I finish Insanity Max 30 (besides the Tough Mudder). So here it is- 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme! This is a great review and comparison of the 2 programs. Getting ready for summer!!! Feel free to share your thoughts with me :)
